Selma is a very special dog. She is very smart and has it easy when learn now things, mostly because she's a poodle. They're known for being intelligent. Selma is very fond of Ingrid, our mother. She follows her around everywhere and where mother sleeps, Selma sleeps too. Since she learns quickly I've taught her a lot of tricks.

Selma's got quite the personality. She likes to be seen. I've practiced agility and freestyle with her. In agility we have a few ribbons. Whenever the camera's out she wants to be the main attraction, sometimes she is way up in my face when I carry it around. She's a real show of.

She goes well with other dogs, but doesn't like strangers, specially men and people that are scared of her (for no reason, mind you). She just barks at them, not in a very threatening way though.

She is very cuddly and loves when we stroke her fur or scratch her head and ears. She enjoys just laying by your side too. She needs to know where everyone is when eating, so usually she eats when we're eating dinner or when we sleep. She's a very social dog.
